The work developed by ENAR in this building was the specialized technical advice from the facade to the construction company Dragados its relationship with the owner and the industrial façade designers

The facade of the tower is a prefabricated aluminium unitized system installed between slabs from the interior of each floor. Elliptical louvers composed of extruded tubes with variable section conform a solar shading screen.

Podiums buildings have a variable height and ground has straight sections and curved facade .Its surface is approximately 7800m2. The facade of the podiums is a prefabricated unitized aluminium-glass system installed between slabs from the outside.
