The building is a well-defined rectangular volume with vertical framework stripes disposed alternating with concrete elements.  A skylight divides the great interior space into four different areas.

The triangular shaped skylights alternate with blind elements and interior wooden paneled ceiling that direct the light obtaining a uniform natural illumination at the inside.  Glass parts are solved with aluminium framework with thermal bridge break, the blind ones are made of aluminium sandwich panels and the wooden paneled false ceiling hang from the blind panels. Vertical window stripes/ Windows are fixed on the concrete structure and manifested externally by a glass and the framework totally hidden by the glass offset.  The blind areas are made with prefabricated concrete panels fixed to the interior structure
