The building comprises two volumes, one on top of a lower turned volume. The upper volume is understood more transparent, whereas the basement means as an blind and massive volume.

This is an aluminum curtain wall passing in front of slabs with a special solution of mechanically fixed large-scale caps. The upper floor of facilities is covered by an outside lattice of extruded aluminum strips with machined horizontal holes. The mullion anchorages are similarly performed to the brackets of a unitized façade system.

The basement is made by a ventilated façade with aluminum composite panels placed on brick walls. The viewing area is made of an aluminum curtain wall fixed between slabs to allow replacement from outside by crane.
