Facade restoration and change of the use of the building, located in a plot between party walls. The building has two facades, one to the main street and a secondary facade to a courtyard. The facade facing the street is solved with a double skin with solar and acoustic protection function.
The facade to the courtyard is solved by a window profile system.

Double skin facade formed by: Internal enclosure made of aluminum thermal break profiles fixed between slabs. Anodized aluminum metal sheets cover the edge of the slabs and fix aluminum brackets to hold the external shading screen; External laminated glass skin with serigraphy for solar control on shelf brackets. There are some pivoted glasses to allow the cleaning and maintenance of the facade.

The access is made of a ventilated facade with an anodized aluminum sheet cladding on large format.
