Description
Block building with internal courtyard, built in several stages. High quality finishes. The exterior image of the volume is enhanced by the use of balconies in alternating zig-zag positions. The image of the courtyard facades is neutral, coordinating balconies, stair windows and parasol screens. Edge facades, attics and ground floor receive a special treatment.

Composite panel of zinc and copper, pressed ceramic, extruded ceramic and travertine marble act as cladding on a cavity wall system over structural brickwork
Aluminum thermally broken frames with low-E glass. Rolling external multidirectional blinds. Glass balconies over internal metallic structure. Composite panel ceilings. Galvanized steel tramex parasols for solar protection. Frames enclosing ceramic louvers and opaque glazing.
