Freestanding building located in park area next to highway. It is a prismatic volume, with a base standing out from the main volume. Quality is pursued by the use of one single system of perimeter enclosure onto which solar control elements are added depending on the orientation and need of each façade.

Unitized aluminum curtain wall system combining different components such as vertical parasols of perforated aluminum plates, extruded and perforated aluminum screen. Solar control glazing on north and south sides and four-layered serigraphed glass on east and west facades.
